wow. what a weekend.

i woke up at around 5am yesterday to the phone riniging. my lola was freaking out 'cause there was a coup attempt, apparently. well, we opened the tv and there it was. the whole thing was stupid, if you ask me. ok, so they had some issues but they didn't have to do it that way. they keep complaining about how the government isn't providing for them properly and stuff but the thing is our government is poor. and now that our country is finally growing a bit, they just had to do this and set us back again. hay nako.. i don't know na what's gonna happen to us.

plus, mrs losa died.. :( i really liked her, funky clothes and all. guys, please pray for her soul and her family. if you guys have any news about her, tell me naman oh...

on a lighter note, i was able to study this weekend despite everything that's been happening. -claps- i answered all the math tests in the lsc reviewer plus the abstract and quantitative reasoning parts. i did ok naman but now i know what things i have to brush up on. i guess the only thing that would make my weekend complete is if i finish my ateneo essay. so far, i've only got my name typed. awwwww....yeah! hahahaha

well, today was a pretty eventful (not to mention mentally and physically draining) day. to start off, we had our trig session test first thing in the morning, followed by physics with ms. combis and her eternal word problems. blargh. more than half of the subjects today had tests/quizzes or an exercise at the least. i swear, thursdays are the worst!

i'm looking through my class' groups site right now... shit, i really miss all of them. i guess things will never be the same without them... -tear-

btw, i was able to catch the end of meteor garden today. yes, i am a loser. hahahaha wala lang, i just really wanted to see what all the hooplah was about. it's ok naman, very typical.

yay! so i'm finally updating... i swear, school has been so stressful, especially with CSDC. if i thought being a CO was already tough, being an officer is like ten times much harder.

anyway, we had a soiree lat night at pauness' place. it wasn't so bad, only that i was soooo damn tired and sleepy that i was tripping (as in falling down) all over the place. hay nako... but when the boys weren't there yet, i had the best time bonding with my class! mica pineda became the official parlor lady. hahahaha! at one point, we even wanted to send the boys home so we could spend the rest of the night bonding nalang. hehe yes, we are evil. i swear, we should have more bonding sessions talaga! :Þ

ok, so i guess that's it muna for now... i'll try to update about my pseudo-kidnap adventure some other time. ciao!

the last first day... (sort of)

school started 2 days ago, our last first day of school. :( it was so great to see everyone. i missed so many people, especially this girl. she was apparently keeping secrets from us... *glares* but it's all good, i'm just happy she's back.Ü after school, we met up with ger, yam, lok, popoy and chino (our supposed bakal boys) and had lunch. we went to topshop after pigging out and, believe it or not, the boys took more time trying out clothes than we did. yes, our friends are fruits but we love them.Ü

well, what can i say? it's been the first few days pa lang of senior year and everything has been crazy. they gave us 2 advisers, one of them being sir tony (aka manyak of the century) and some new computer teacher who is trying very hard to be "strict". bleh. plus, they gave out the UP forms on the first day so i got all stresed out.

my green UP form is all filled out na and i was soooo close to submitting it today but then something in my gut told me to change my course. i dunno, i guess i still have to think about it more. i've got about 13 hours to ponder on that...naks!

went to galle, yet again, with my friends today. i followed after practice for the flag ceremony tomorrow. i'm a flag bearer! yay.Ü we all get to wear our uniforms tomorrow so yeah, i'm really excited about that.Ü on the way home, i passed by valle 1 to have uniforms made but there's no frickin tela so i'll have to wait a few more weeks... damn. i swear, my skirt is so tight na. i have to put it all the way up to my waist. eeew... mom said i'm fat and i have to lose weight... *depressed* but yeah, i did gain weight during the summer. whatever, i don't give a shit.

what a way to end the summer... went to hannah banana's kick-ass party last night and, well, let's just say it was one of the wildest nights of my life. hehehehe Ü it was really great 'cause 9 Eggs were there. we haven't been that "complete" since prom. love you guys!!!!!! i can't believe summer is over. it was a summer full of bonding, countless hours on the phone, beach trips, drinking sessions, pseudo boyfriends/girlfriends, hirits, inside jokes and the occasional crises here and there. but nevertheless, as rianna puts it, it was a summer well spent. Ü this has got to be the best summer for me and i have my family to thank for it. Ü

anyway, we started the day with the mock upcat. surprisingly, it was easier than i thought, considering it had science and fil while the acet only had math and english. before we got to the last part of the test, patti and i took a pit stop and bought food in the caf. our papers had crumbs all over them! hahahaha :Þ

after class, we hung around outside, taking pics of our "quirky" classmates... kay-peeuh, J squared, et al. oh, and we took a pic of ger 2!!!!!! awwww...yeah! in da house!!! hahahaha we took like 2 pics of shady but the most that we got was his batok.. hehe he drove off before we could take a decent pic of him. we missed our chance this time... dammit! but its ok, gisa and i are planning to stalk him. yes, we are devious little brats. shoot us. hehehehe :Þ

we had our mock acet today. tangina, ang hirap. come to think of it, the content wasn't even that hard. it was just so damn long that by the time i was halfway through the test, my head started to throb. plus, the last part of the test was reading comprehension pa so i literally had to use my finger to read the paragraphs just so i wouldn't get the lines all mixed up. if that was the real thing, i don't think i would've made it. great. i can't seem to understand how some people don't even review and they still manage to pass. oh well, lucky them.Ü

speaking of LSC, shaaaaddddyyyyy!!! heheheÜ gisa and i are going nuts trying to squeeze out ever little bit of info on him from our -ahem- connections... hahahaha! so, yesterday...

bianca picked me up at around 7 and we headed to greenbelt to meet up with the rest of the family to celebrate babylove's birthday. i was so happy cause there were 8 eggs that night: ers, bee, ri, ket, gyeb, trina, schtacy and myself. Ü *missing you, you, you and you so much* ger, chino, tim, dee and lok were there too. Ü

to start off, there was so much food! we were all stuffed na but they still kept putting food on the table. but there, it was really good. Ü *thanks gyeb* halfway through dinner, bee, ri and gab were making all sorts of hirits and inside jokes about you-know-what. *points two fingers at erika* tks! tks! hahahahaha! Ü lord, i almost couldn't keep up! kawawa the guys 'cause they're still probably wracking their brains out till now.. *lol* when the parental units left, we headed over to famous and hung around till it was time to go home.

all in all, it was a really good night.. i haven't had that much fun with my friends in a while and it was a good break from all the studying and reviewing throughout the week. Ü speaking of which, it's back to reality tomorrow. plus, it's enrollment! it's a sign that school is just around the corner... great.

we watched the matrix the other day in powerplant, as usual. we took up almost two middle rows! lord. i was there with kat, ers, bee, rianna, dee, the keymaker, gerrick, chino, gabby, lok, yam, karl and popoy. Ü oh, and we saw hannah! shit, nakaka-miss talaga yun...Ü anyway, it was a really good movie but nothing talaga beats the first one. note: stay until after the credits. i won't say anymore cause i don't wanna spoil it for the people who haven't seen it yet... class was really boring today. i seriously got a headache after having 4 hours of math. i mean, the stuff we took up today was pretty easy but it was just too much to take in all at once. and to top it all off, we're gonna have a test about it tomorrow! greeeeat.

in class, patti showed me parang this list of some of the courses in ateneo and the curriculum for each. one word: scary! i dunno, it just got me thinking.. parang going to college is such a big step na you have to be really careful not to make careless mistakes. oh well, i guess we're all gonna have to go through it.

bianca went home with me again today and we answered quizzes and stuff... hahaha Ü we're all going through an i'll-make-a-test-and-let-my-friends-answer-it phase. lord! you know, family! hahaha...
